“Where do you ship?”

We currently offer worldwide free shipping .

"Do you offer express shipping?":

Our standard shipping typically takes 14-21 business days. Express shipping takes 7-14 working days.

How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to track the progress of your shipment.

“How do your sizes run?“

We recommend checking our size chart for accurate measurements and fit guidance. In addition to it, you will find individual size chart under each product.

“What is your return policy?”

1.If you receive a product that has a defective fabric we will gladly exchange it for a new one or refund money .

2.If you order an item that is not your size size we can exchange it for the correct one, subject to availability. ( read below NOTE!)

3. “Sale” , “Discounted items” , as well “some items due to hygiene reasons” are not eligible for exchange or refund .

Note! We strive to provide excellent customer service. In the case of an exchange or return where there is no defect or error on our part, the client is responsible for covering the associated costs. This includes shipping fees, return shipping costs, or any additional fees incurred during the process. Delicate fabrics require special care. We recommend hand washing or using the delicate cycle in cold water, and laying the item flat to dry. Avoid using harsh detergents or bleach. Some fabrics may require dry cleaning .
